Every so often, a teacher walks into a classroom and everything just clicks. That is exactly what happened when Ms. Jessica joined our two year old room at Rise Above.
From day one, her passion for early childhood education was impossible to miss. She got the room in shape, rethinking the layout so every corner invites curiosity and independence. Her curriculum is top notch, and she works hard to make sure our two year olds are learning and engaging in a way that feels natural and fun.
Ms. Jessica has a gift for room arrangement, always looking for ways to make the space work better for the children in it. She is constantly seeking to grow, too, diving deeper into our Reggio inspired approach so she can bring even more of it into her classroom.
Beyond the curriculum, Ms. Jessica shines in the everyday moments. She is a steady hand during potty training, offering structure, patience, and love in equal measure. Her classroom is one of consistency, so our children always know what to expect and always feel cared for.
We are so grateful to have Ms. Jessica leading our two year old room.
