Some teachers take months to find their footing in a new place. Ms. Bri was not one of them.
She recently moved to the area and joined the Rise Above team, and from her very first days, the children have made clear how they feel about her. They come home and talk about her. They look for her in the morning. They share what she did that made them smile.
That kind of connection does not happen by accident. It happens because someone shows up with genuine warmth and a real investment in the children they serve. That is Ms. Bri.
Before coming to Rise Above, she worked as an ABA behavioral technician, gaining hands-on experience supporting children with autism and special needs. That background brings a depth and attentiveness to her work that is evident every day. She understands how children develop, what they need to feel safe, and how to meet them where they are.
We are so grateful she found her way to our community. She has already become a wonderful part of what Rise Above is.
