Ms. Patty truly wears many hats. She begins each morning by opening the center and greeting children with warmth and a smile that sets the tone for the day. She is our chef, preparing the healthy meals our children love. She also steps into classrooms to support teachers of all age groups, making sure learning continues smoothly and joyfully.
Beyond her daily responsibilities, Ms. Patty serves as an interpreter for families, helping build strong, trusting connections through clear communication. Her ability to bridge language and understanding makes every family feel welcome and included.
From helping with summer camp to even driving the center van, Ms. Patty is always ready to lend a hand wherever she’s needed. Her spirit of teamwork, care, and dependability reflects the heart of Rise Above’s mission and helps us create a community where every child and family feels supported and valued.
