With over two decades of early childhood experience, Ms. Erica is a true master of her craft. She has a unique gift for turning every lesson into an adventure and every new skill into a game that children can’t wait to join. Her classroom is always overflowing with energy, laughter, and the kind of “aha!” moments that only happen when a teacher truly understands how to spark a child’s curiosity.
She connects well with children in a way that creates genuine trust. Her classroom management is strong not because it is rigid, but because the children feel safe and engaged. When children are truly absorbed in what they are doing, there is not much to manage.
At our Pre-K graduation ceremony this year, the impact of Ms. Erica’s presence was made clear when a parent shared directly how thankful their family was to have had her. They spoke about how helpful and stable she was for their child during that important transition year. For a pre-k teacher, that kind of stability is a gift. It steadies children as they prepare for one of the biggest changes in their young lives.
